1) Business Use (B2B Focus)

Many orders are placed by hire companies, schools, leisure centres, and event organisers.
If you purchase on behalf of a business, you agree that your order is a business transaction (B2B).
If you purchase as a consumer, certain statutory consumer rights may apply depending on your status and location.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

2) Quotes, Orders & Contract Formation

  • Product listings and enquiries do not create a binding contract.
  • A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (including by email), issue an invoice, and/or accept payment as agreed.
  • All specifications, accessories included, lead times, and shipping terms are confirmed in the product page, quote, invoice, or written confirmation.

3) Product Specifications & Tolerances (Inflatables)

  • Inflatable sizes are approximate and may vary due to the nature of inflation and measurement tolerance.
  • Colours shown on screens may differ from real materials.
  • We may make reasonable changes to materials, dimensions, colours, or design that do not materially reduce performance or safety.

4) Custom / Made-to-Order Goods & Production Lead Time

  • Many inflatables are made-to-order and may include custom colours, branding, artwork, or bespoke designs.
  • Production lead time begins after final spec confirmation and deposit/payment (as agreed).
  • Changes requested after confirmation may affect price and lead time.
  • Custom orders are subject to the Returns Policy rules for bespoke goods.

5) Pricing, VAT & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. VAT may apply depending on the transaction and delivery location.
  • We may require a deposit to begin production or reserve stock. Unless agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
  • We may cancel/refuse an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, or the item is unavailable.

6) Delivery, International Shipping & Incoterms® 2020

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, peak seasons, or events outside our control.
  • International shipments may be supplied under Incoterms® 2020 (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP) as stated on your quote/invoice.
  • The agreed Incoterm defines responsibility for freight, insurance, duties/taxes, clearance, and risk transfer.

7) Inspection on Arrival, Damage in Transit & Claims

You must inspect deliveries promptly and report issues within the timeframes set out in our
Returns Policy.
Please keep packaging and provide photos/videos to support claims.

8) Safety, EN14960 & User Responsibilities

Many commercial inflatables are designed with EN14960 expectations in mind, and some listings may state EN14960-related compliance/support.
However, safe operation also depends on correct setup, anchoring, supervision, surface conditions, weather, and local rules.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, venue requirements, and safe operating procedures.

9) Warranty & After-Sales Support

Warranty periods and coverage vary by product and are described on product pages and/or invoices.
To request support, email info@eastjump.com with your order number and photos/videos.
We often provide replacement parts and remote repair guidance as the fastest remedy.

10) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our
Returns Policy.
Custom/made-to-order items are generally non-returnable once production has started except for confirmed defects or our error.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

12) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, designs, manuals, branding) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission, except as necessary to use purchased goods as intended.

13) Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
